My friend had these AAR tips and trying to figure out who made these. They have been sitting in a shop for possibly 20-30 years. Any idea who made them?

Dales Cuda shop in Alliance Ohio was one of the first if not the first to reproduce AAR/TA tips

so anybody what these tips are from which manufacturer or ma mopar?

I will agree with Terry and assume you have DCS reproductions. Here are some side-by-side pics of NOS vs DCS tips.

Originals had a weep hole in the tube and unique spot welds on the underside of the chromed trumpet. They also have a slight wider hanging tab and a set of dimples on the tube end that slides into the muffler. The weep holes and maybe even the dimples could be added but the spot welds are a dead give away. Otherwise, the DCS tips are very close and fit well.
