Must be something about that area and well-cared-for Mopars...

The car looks restored to me, not that there's anything wrong with that.
It would be pretty miraculous for a 100,000-mile engine & car to be that nice.
That's in comparison to my 17,000-mile '69 RR (from the same area).

Maybe Corey (hotairballoonpilot) knows the car ?

Still for sale.

Known to the area flipper; surprise, surprise - he's a Chevy guy. Known him for years, not a terrible guy - but when you think of a used car salesman (bad mustache, gold-rimmed shades, polyester sport coat) this is your guy.

The most he's done to this car is maybe Armor-all'd the tires and reposted the pictures from who he bought it from. Not that it's against the law or anything... I'm just sayin' he turns no wrenches - if this thing needed a ballast resistor, he'd never even be able to find it...

Buddy of mine sold his 1968 Coronet 500 last year for upper 30s and it was gone in about 10 days
318 , console auto, working factory air

So IMO, with no surprises, this car is priced about right twocents Although the Walmart type seats covers don't help it at all
