There is a customer review of the Grant Tuff Wheel posted on the Classic Industries website which stated it was hard outside rubber, "not soft at all" That's been my experience with the Grant wheel in the past.

I looked at all the pics - they look OK, but not even close to "dead nuts." I have two of them that look like NOS & they are both originals - one of them I took off a car - I don't even remember what it was. The other one I bought off someone many years ago - back in the 80's - I know the guy said it came off a Dodge van. When they are perfect, they are shiny - like coated with a clear lacquer. And they are nice & spongy, not exactly soft, but not hard. They are kick-a$$ steering wheels & have a VERY nice feel when driving. I bought a 30,xxx mile all original 1975 Roadrunner back in 1985 from a car lot in AZ. & the Tuff wheel was covered in a steering wheel cover probably since day 1. I took the cover off & the steering wheel was like absolute new. It felt outstanding. I understand why these are so sought after! I plan on using both of mine on my Cudas.

Incorrect dish, wrong spoke cover length, wrong finish, wrong center cap, no foam, wrong diameter wheel, wrong diameter of grip...... It's a simple round piece of metal cut by a machine, with foam glued to it: ffs's what is so hard about doing an exact copy of an original? Especially for the price they are asking.
