Thank you! What's the difference between 69 and 70?

69 rings only have 4 retention clips. 70 and later had clips around the entire circumference.

Did all production trim rings have part numbers?

Whether a decal applied or part number stamped in?

No difference in finish for '69/'70 is this correct besides the number of retention clips? What had the polished finish versus the brushed finish?

69s have a lip on the inner edge that the 70 and later does not

I think all the 14" Mopar wheel trim rings were brush finished???

My original '69s with 14" Road Wheels (Magnums) were brushed, with polished outer (vertical) flange.

The road wheels never came in the A body small bolt pattern so they wouldn't work unless you converted everything over to the larger 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern.

I only remember seeing decals on the 15" trim rings, not the 14" ones.

Valve stem opening is different on 69 than 70 and later.

I have 6 trim rings. Four of them are the same, and the other two have a lip at the inner part, but not like what is pictured above. It seem like they are 1/16" or so "taller" than the other four.
