Or something that will work. After seeing the one in the Dart....it almost looks like the one in the 64 Plymouth B body. Actually a new locking ring and gasket should do the trick. Or where to purchase one in the Pittsburgh area

If it is in WA...I don't think I'll have for Friday morning....I fueled the Dart up tonight to get ready to trailer to a function Friday morning. And fuel was leaking out of it. I took it out and checked eveything....but at this point a new locking collar and gasket might do the trick. But I appreciate the thought.

They are in Wi.

Maybe make a gasket out of material bought at the local parts store. Is the ring broke/bent?

Does not appear to be bent and it is not broke. When I did my 64 "B" body ....it took to rings and gaskets before it stopped after I did the new fuel tank. I will check the local auto parts in the AM for a gasket at least.
