This seems to be a new 'fad" It does sound nice, but actual affordability is still up in the air.
There is a recent one just tarted in outskirts of Miami, but it for the very rich jet set crowd.
This one is nearby for me, and away from all the glitter, albeit with rather lofty goals IMO.

That's one heck of a facility !
Outside of track rental days I've done, when I worked for BMW, I got to go to their track days, running 3-series around Sears Point.
Their driving coaches/instructors rode RF seat, and it was great fun.
If only I had the $$$ to take it further...

One detail I stumbled on that is favorable IMO, they allow 108db until 9:00pm. There does not appear to be any existing homes within miles and it is located adjacent to a major divided highway. Now how or where they measure that 108db is not yet known,

Will be interesting to see if they get it built.
"Membership" fees are going to be outrageous OR a ton of members to float that bill.
Has to be $100M investment, minimum, 650 acres in an area that will have homes surrounding it in the not too distant future?
6000 people a week are moving to FL, it won't take long for the noise complaints.

Wished they add a dragstrip, it's a shame Moroso in WPB shut down.

WPB International Raceway went this same private direction a decade back with an existing facility that had been improved and in place for 5? decades with reputable well known race front men and it quickly shut down and was sold to nearby encroaching warehouse developers.
WPB is a wealthy car-oriented market IMO. How this plan can succeed from the ground up in a much more remote location is beyond me.
Can't see me being invited anyway.

$150,000 membership fee plus annual dues.
Oh well.

Well, if you became a member and you visited the track on Wednesdays, your Dr probably could see you at the track during his pit stops
