2011 Ram 1500 4X4, Will shortly headers just bolt up to the exhaust in place of the stock manifolds? I'm guessing no. Is there a decent replacement for the stock manifold bolts that will last longer than the originals? MDS delete, I have a collapsed lifter and would appreciate any recommendations for kits to use or stay away from? With 160,000 miles, what else should be done at the same time for preventative procedures? Timing chain, water pump, oil pump all seem to make sense to while it's apart, what's your thoughts. I have a nephew that is very capable of doing any work that I do, but he does seem to like to replace everything that he touches and I'm not that way. Any input would be appreciated. thanks in advance
What is the difference between an MSD delete kit and a non MSD kit, is it only the 4 solenoid block off expansion plug?

You can get shorty headers that come with a good set of bolts for a reasonable price. I had a set on my 2012 Ram 1500 R/T. They fit well bolted up to the stock y pipe and weren't too hard to install. Can't help on the engine questions because I never had mine apart. example. https://www.amazon.com/JuTauto-Shorty-Exhaust-Headers-09-17/dp/B0CSP9666R/ref=sr_1_1?

Yes, they sell shorties that bolt up to the stock system and don’t break the bolts. Have them on my 2012 Ram
