I'd need a lot more info & have to put eyeballs on this one if I was considering it to race or restore it. What would any of you do?

Assuming it's as nice as it seems to look, and the ad is legit:
It never fails that a good deal comes along after I've spent the money on another car...
Looks nice & clean, and 11.50s would indicate some steam in a car that big/heavy.
Seems cheap for all that, based on what I saw when shopping.

I'd lose the big scoop and the black hood thing and update the wheels, can't tell much else from the ad.

I agree with losing the hood for a more correct RO/WO hood and swapping the current wheels for a nice set of Keystone Klassics. Yes, at this moment I'm car/parts rich and bucks poor... frown Oh well, maybe in the next life.

I'm not a racer.

But for me.
Paint hood and scoop body color.
Change out the spool for a nice suregrip.

And beat up on some street cars / have some fun.
