Check out J.C. Taylor. Agreed value policies, generally lower premiums, no mileage limits, and no prohibition on occasional pleasure driving. They also make a point of telling you that they have no "attendance requirement clause", but I'm not real sure what that means. Drivers do need to be 25.

Looks like they will only deal with older cars. I have two older ones and two new hellcats and have them all on the same policy at Haggerty

I have asked employees at car events each time I see them there. Always told under 25 is covered. I will have to read their policy again. I have an email and it says "anyone under 30 should be listed on the policy".
