All,

I've been trying to find fuses for a few 70/71 cars I have but to no avail. Does anyone know a vendor that provides these older SFE or AG fuses?

Thanks.

Those fuses are generic, they are not model year specific. It might be really hard to find fuses dated for the 70/71 model year, if that is exactly what you are looking for.

The OP was looking for specific year "70/71 car" fuses. shruggy I have no idea how deep the "numbers matching" restoration goes, nor how complete some think it needs to be.

I don't believe I have ever seen a date coded glass fuse.

I think he meant ones that fit a 70/71 car not ones date coded.

That we do! wave

P.S. I am looking for dated coded air for my tires, February 1970, but will consider other months. Any leads would be greatly appreciated. whistling

Thanks everyone.

I don't know why I was having so much trouble! These days I check Classic Industries and O'Reilly first, and when neither had them I assumed nobody else would!

My dad owned a services station which closed almost 36 years ago. I took all the fuses he had and mine are starting to run low on the old style glass fuses.

I have date-coded air, dated 10/8/1951, but you'll have to be patient:
Takes a while to blow up a tire, and from the other end it's inconsistent...but it's scented !

I have a small stash of a variety of glass fuses, some I've had 40 years.
If one of you is stuck, you're welcome to hit me up for a couple, just send me a PM & maybe I can help a brotha out.

I have January 15th 1970, enough to do six tires, Guaranteed good. PM me for details and price. I'll hold it for you for 24 hours, then it's up for grabs popcorn
