My hovercraft is full of eels
I have found many threads on this but no resolution - Hoping someone here can help! (Yes we've discussed with Jim Rhinehart - shoutout to him, has been a HUGE help on this project for my son)

We bought the "Mopar A Body 68-76 Dart Scamp Windshield Reveal Trim Clip Set" (ADA6876TC01-C8019) from Detroit Muscle Technologies, but they were unable to provide guidance beyond they just sell the kit.

The Hardtop kit has 19 green and 4 black clips. They are different shapes.

Where do the black clips go? Our best guess is 2 on either side of the bottom row at the ends. It's a '68 Hardtop GTS built in LA.

My son bought the car as an abandoned project, so they were not in it when he got it, and don't have a point of comparison.

ALSO - If you are, or know a glass installer in the Chicago area - PLEASE CONTACT ME.

Thanks for your feedback!

cannot attest to accuracy, but this vendor states "There are 4 clips that are slightly different from the other 19. Those 4 clips go along the bottom in the middle"

68-76 Dart windshield clips

The parts manuals do show the part numbers of the clips and where they are used for each model. Great tip. And on my website I have pictures of all the reveal clips and their Mopar part numbers.

Thanks for the great suggestions everyone.

To 71TA, I apologize if my message was interpreted to convey disrespect, it absolutely was not. We've purchased quite a few things from you and always appreciate the products and quick service. I also think it's great you participate on the board.

My goal was to answer anyone who suggests that I ask the business I bought them from.

Please please please keep up the great work.

Have a great day All!
Dave

Unfortuantely the parts book lists them all as the same p/n, which is the green clip, p/n 6002263

I would then question why there are now 4 different clips being supplied. Could be the parts book is wrong or was a change made for some reason after that book was published?? shruggy confused Might try a later year parts book to see if it shows the same wink
