I know a lot of people hate the 73/74 Roadrunners. But...good entry level Mopar?

When I think "entry level", I think along the lines of parts support and effort & money required to make a decent car out of the example.
This one might qualify, but yeah - the primer & "replaced quarter" could be problems.
If the car is actually decent, it may not be a horrible deal for someone who can finish it themselves vs paying for the work, right ?
