Could anyone advise the correct bolt size that bolts the rear bumper bracket on 67 Barracuda to the body? its either 7/16" or 1/2" just not sure-

Hi Dave , The bolts for Rear Barracuda Bumper Support Bracket , Parts Manual Section 13-66-16 , measure 7/16 X 14 NC , and are 1.50" long Grade 5 . Ronnie

Hi Dave , Don't forget to add the 4 retaining washers , Part # 6026 647 , Parts Catalog Section 13-66-15 between the rear bumper bracket and the body . That Retainer is also used on the 7/16" rear axle studs to hold the brake drum before Rim was installed . Nobody installs the retaining washers after dismantling and restoring the rear bumper brackets .
