I just saw that last week and learned he passed 'recently' ...seemed like a good dude. I don't remember if he ever got it down into the 7's? Last I remember it was shredding blower belts.

I wasn't aware of his passing either. I remember when there was a build thread here on that car, And if i remember right his wife pass doing the early stages of the build. And i thought I've herd it is running in the 5.40's in the video Jeff has said 4's.

This popped up on youtube this am for me. Appears to me they are punching WAY above their weight class...Not the kind of car you shoudl take to the track without even a laptop that works, or lack of ability to even look at grid or racepak. Just sayin...

They admit they’re out of their element.

First……..”passes”??
Mmmmmm, kinda I guess.

Gonna be a steep learning curve…….. or there might end up being some carnage.

How can you go to the racetrack in ANY car that unprepared, I mean they cannot even look at data or make ANY changes to the tune up. Let alone one that has potential to be much faster than anything you have ever dirven....Reminds of alot of the TS and TD guys who punch above their weight class because they have the money to do so. What that old saying more money than brains. Also I assume since I clicked on the first link is why I'm seeing all their stuff pop up now. Now to get out of that algorithm
