They used to be available from Galen Govier, but don’t seem to be available from that source anymore . I would gladly pay a reasonable fee to be able to obtain a copy of the report. Surely there are copies of the report out there since it seems like it was fairly available a few years ago. If someone has a copy, it would be helpful to the hobby to share.
