Well a cert just states the cage tubing thickness is good and the welds are complete and the design meets the minimum for the ET of the cert. The rest is a tech issue. A few nits to pick, to be sure, though some are just my personal preferences and for the most part aren't a big deal to change. Cage seems a bit "off" to me, from shape of the main hoop to the way the downtubes connect and appear to create a hinge point. Rear downtubes are also an odd decision.
