biggE top fuel Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 1,674 California	A 49 state car originally had a cap that said Vented Anti Surge. Cars sold new in CA were Pressure Vacuum. As far as I've found it relates to the tank venting design and either cap will work as long as you have the original 70 filler neck.
