IIRC '84 or '85 was the only year with small bolt pattern and larger outer(?) bearing of the trucks that followed.That rotor/hub should be a bolt-on for your truck.

I bought set rotors for a 82. Put new bearings 8n. Bolted right on
So now front has a 4.5 bolt pattern
