I’m considering selling my enclosed trailer. It’s a Pace Shawdow with very little use. It’s been stored inside since day one. It’s never been pulled outside of Texas and probably only 5000 at that. I used it at my local track and moved furniture for my daughter to go to and come back from college twice. It has cabinets, fully finished on the inside walls and floors, generator door outside( no generator though), 50 amp wiring inside and out with 12v too,one 16,000 btu AC, two 6000lbs axles with 16” tires, and electric over hydraulic tongue jack. I’m waiting to get better weather to pull it out to clean the outside but it is not damaged or hail dented at all. It’s red outside. It’s a 2007 model and will need tires but it has very little use and is in like new condition. I know new trailers are expensive and it won’t bring what they bring but I don’t know where I need to price this trailer. Any help. I’ll add pictures.
Thanks
Mark

I have bought a couple new trailers in the last 5 years and they are all junk. I have been looking at well kept 10-20 year old trailers because they were built SOOO much better with better materials. Your trailer was probably $24K new I am guessing and would still be worth close to $20K, easy sell at $15-17K... twocents

The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.
