Just get the motor in the right place so the off the self headers fit.

Read the thread here and open the pictures showing engine placement. Troy's Dart was used by TTI to create their Hemi A-body headers.

His 68 Barracuda S/S 4spd used the same measurements with off the shelf TTI headers.

Thanks for the pics. My current 511 is in the exact place as the pic shows, but only 5.5” up from the K. Pic shows 6”. Using a motor plate by Andy. My Hemi should end up in the same place as I plan on using the same motor plate.

Malex was one of the very few people that use the Victor BB head and was major player getting mine to work. Still think the 440-1 would been a better choice, but just shaving that head as Malex suggested work quit well. The last pic has his Victor headed 505 in it.
