Hate to say it, But if it were closer.

I might go take a look And I assume its not a real 340 car.

1971 Dart Swinger 340. It’s an original A/C car and works. Has a fresh 340 with new headers and exhaust. No rust at all. Interior is all original and very nice and clean. This car is a very nice driver. The paint is a 9 out of 10. Had new tires and rally wheels. New front end and brakes. Disc brakes in front and drum in the rear. Very nice vinyl top. Absolutely no trades!!

Nice-looking car & seems very clean - and I like the colors.
But to my eye, the tail stripe clashes with the side molding - and the wing is somewhat goofier than normal in the context of the rest of the car.
What $ are we talking here ? I must have missed that.

Agree, take the stripe and wing off and it would be 100% better.

Problem is, fixing them is a job.
Stripe appears to be painted on . then weld up the holes in the decklid.

I could live with both.

Sidemldg has pins under it correct ?

I’m pretty sure it’s not an original 340 car, this one looks pretty blinged out for an original 71/72 340 Swinger. I’ve seen many of them growing up in Edmonton and they all seem to be pretty stripped down. Don’t know until I see the VIN or fender tag.

Butt stripe and side mouldings were never combined. The order guides are always crystal clear about this, regardless of model.

Side moldings, wing spoiler, and bumble bee stripe combination is fubar.

Yes I agree pick one.
To much work to remove.
No one wants to weld up holes in trunk and repaint and have not match.
Painted on stripe same deal. Would have been better with just moldings on sides. Nice clean look.

I heard back from the seller. its NOT an original 340 car ( he didn't say what it was originally,,, not that it matters)

But never any rust , period. I think the car is priced to sell.
He said its pending and he believes its sold. In under 2 hrs being posted
