Old Racers used to put the bearings in off center (far worse than that) to preserve more oil for the mains, like of an easy way so slightly restrict the flow for higher priority oiling.

The oil passages to the cam bearings are too large to begin with, that will still supply more oil than is needed.

I restrict these to .090" or .060" depending on the project

If you're losing sleep over it, run a drill bit through it. That said, I challenge any engine builder to pound in all 5 bearings and have them all line up with the oil holes perfectly !!
