Won't fit without a mini-tub in a B-Body. I have them on my mini-tubbed E-Body and they fit nicely.

Should fit nice if the back space is right or springs are moved inboard or ladder bar or 4 linked.
My Challenger is also on 12" wide wheels with 315 D.R.'s.

Width-wise they WILL fit with the proper wheel offset ... 15 x 10 with 5-1/2 BS. HOWEVER, that's a 30" tall tire ... ain't gonna fit without rubbing the front of the wheel openning. A 325/50r15 is a 28" tall tire and will fit. I have a 69 RR Current tire is a M/T 28 x 12.5 x 15LT on 15 x10 Welds with 5-1/2 BS. These tires are dimensionally the same as the 325/50r15 but are a bias ply as opposed to a radial. Worth mentioning is that they fit but are VERY close to the inner wheel well.

I've ran 31"x 10.5W's for many years on the car, with 12 inch rims. I'm switching the car over to a street car now, and want to run the radial for the street, for stability. Car will retain the ladder bars and coilovers.

What’s the point of the question when the tire currently on the car is bigger than the one you plan to use ?!?!?
I'm putting new AMD quarters on the car, and need to know if the front of the opening needs to be trimmed. Mine are trimmed now for the 31" tires, but doesn't mean much, when all that is changing.

A friend has 295-65/15 M/T on his 69 Sport Satellite. Pretty much the same diameter as the 315-60. They were too close to the front of the opening so I made aluminum spacers for the front spring mounts. I think they were 3/8" thick but they could have been 1/2" thick. The tires have never rubbed.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

My thinking on this, FWIW, is to pie-cut the forward flange area before painting - rather than pull the driveshaft out of the trans any amount. Unless of course the openings need to be stock size. I've done that on a Duster - flange ended up pretty much flush with the forward area of the wheelhouse. It took close examination by someone who knew the original dimensions to see the opening was modified. I picked up a good 2" of tire diameter room. I'm not opposed to pie cutting the the 1/4 to open up the wheelwell, but do not want to go as far as I did on the old 1/4 panels, as I want to reinstall the original wheeelwell moldings, and rocker panel moldings. I'm thinking the radial will not grow like the bias ply slicks, and it shouldn't be as much of a problem if it's tight. I want the wheelwell filled with tire.

The radials definitely don't grow and distort as much as the bias ply tires do - I have the 295/65's on mine and it's within about a pinky's width of clearance to the leading edge of the wheelwell trim and I've never had issues with it rubbing.
