I love the venerable slant six and these lighter cars are okay with them, I just don't like them in a truck. This brought strong money in my opinion. I would've guessed it was MAYBE a $10k car.

Where does it say sold. I see a $3500 offer.
This car has survived NOTHING.
GY3 and a set of manual pedals are the big attraction? It's a blank canvas. Who cares what the original color was?
IMHO $10K is stupid for this car. Got rust from top and I think parked over dirt/grass and moisture hit it from the bottom.

I could swear I saw "sold" written over the fiirst picture a couple of days ago. Definetly not anymore. Maybe I should go and see the eyedoctor as I couldn't belive either the price for a banged out six cylinder. Carsten

Maybe thats playing tricks on your eyes. If this thing sells for $1 more than the current offer I will be surprised.

I am just astounded! This particular Duster SOLD for over $15k? Really? Wow. Some of you may remember my '72 Duster I had advertised for sale on this website, for awhile last year. There was essentially zero interest for my car here, with a stroked 1972 340 drivetrain, factory disc brakes, fresh interior..lots of factory documentation, new parts...etc. etc. Price was was in the mid 20's, which I felt was fair, for what the car is... again, pretty much zero interest. ONE member inquired about it, but wasn't serious at all. Like someone else mentioned, this yellow slant six car, is a blank canvas, yes, but you have to start from scratch! To me, it doesn't make sense. This car reminds me of Frieburger's latest red Duster, he picked up with a slant six 3 speed. Sounds like that's the new trend, get a tired beat up slant six car, over pay for it, and go from there! Sorry for the rant.

I ended up buying a 69 Dart GTS 340...

I still have the Duster, tucked away in winter storage. I'm going to re-list it on a few places probably late spring.
