Worked over the weekend and yesterday filling and shipping a bunch of orders. Because of MLK day, all shipping labels printed on Sunday and Monday (MLK Day) got dated for today. ALL (hundreds) of our orders with labels from the 14th and 15th gave the customer a message that says "Tracking information will not be displayed because this package was shipped with COUNTERFEIT postage. Please contact the merchant or seller with any questions" This tracking number for example 9434611899563824181404

Have had no less than a million calls and email asking "wth are you sendig me stuff using counterfeit shipping label;s". Like there is no way it could POSSIBLY be the disfunctional USPS system. HAS to be the little guy (me) working his [censored] off all weekend filling orders and then creating COUNTERFEIT POSTAL SHIPPING LABELS!?!?!

The 3rd party company we use that is the front end of the labels provided by the postal system said the postal system "pooped the bed with the MLK holiday date change". That I'm supposed to void all labels and either use UPS or FEDEX or reenter all the info and create brand new postal labels from today. They said DO NOT put those packages with the "counterfeit" message into the system. Wonder whats gonna happen to all "those" packages that others created and aren't aware of this issue?!?!

Man, I feel for ya - and you'd think that since USPS took MLK Day off, they might have handled the date correctly.

Nowhere near as serious, but I've been in Streaming Hell for weeks, most lately with YouTubeTV - it's been a cluster***k.
Really hating this computerized complexity, and the hackers who've made it worse.

That's odd, as I packed a bunch of parts Monday, printed labels, delivered Tuesday and scanned into the system at the PO. Checking a few random tracking numbers a moment ago, they show up as being en route.....

I use USPS all the time. Normally I use Priority Mail, which used to be anywhere in the lower 48 in 2-3 days. Now it's more like 4 days or more. I mailed a bike part to a guy in central Oregon a few months ago and it took almost a week. For such a short distance I would expect him to get it in 2 days tops. I could drive to where this guy was and back in one day if I had to do it.

I like FedEx, but the office they had here closed years ago. The rest of them are pretty far away. We have a UPS store in town, but kinda pricy + they have smashed up some stuff years ago and were not that fun to deal with. They lost the package and by the time they found it the box was full of holes and everything inside was mangled like it was no accident.

The USPS lost my box with very hard to find Challenger parts for a Month now. After speaking with customer service three or four times I was told to File a missing package claim and and a insurance claim. No answer yet and no info on where my package is

Mom & Dad let me buy a brand new 70 Challenger R/T 440 Six-Pack Super Trac Pack when I was 17

(Robert what is a 440 Six-Pack)

I hope you have good luck getting your money from them. IMHO usps should be privatized, yes, I know shipping costs would likely go up. If the service improved, it would worth it.

i have used the pirates for several years now, and although the rates are going up, so is everything else. their rates [in my opinion] are cheaper than anything else out there.
i have had zero problems with anything i have sent through them.
not to say "things happen" won't come to pass.
anyone see pictures of crashes, been involved in one, or passed one on an interstate or other road, involving USPS, FEDEX, UPS, and other private [sub contracted] carriers, 18 wheeler's wadded up ?
wonder if the sent items in them sustained any damage, but some were sent on regardless ?
