Does anyone value Dealership conversions a higher value that being converted/cloned in recent times?

Friend owned a SS396 70 1/2 Camaro that had a 454 LS6 installed at the dealer. It happened a month or two after delivery. Motor swap dealer Invoice showed the car with 2,699 miles on it. Had many notes the original owner took that called GM factory rep asking what car to order to make the swap easiest. Owner/Buyer referenced 1970 Hot Rod article saying you could do this swap. I saw the Doc's and car in person for some time for close scrutiny.

Would that Camaro be worth more than 454 LS6 swapped SS 396 car done a year ago?

IMHO, same situation as new 383 car converted to Hemi by dealer with paperwork.

Original owner printouts of available engine assemblies. Note: 3981000 matches invoice.

If a boatload of money dropped in my lap and that was for sale, I'd HAVE TO have it. I'm a big fan of '65 Chryslers and fully loaded wagons. Then again, the boatload of money keeps missing me...
