Last I heard, ECS was top-flight - apparently because they ship the carpet flat.
Maybe they inspect it for accuracy before shipping, don't know.
But I'm also under the impression that ACC is the only current carpet manufacturer.

ECS is not doing flat shipped carpets anymore as far as I know. They used AAC carpet back when they did the flat ship thing and worked with ACC to run small batches that were shipped in large boxes rather than rolled into a smaller box.

FWIW, I've never had a problem with the rolled-up deal - I just lay them out somewhere warm (in the car is best, but I've used the guest bed) for a few days.

unless one gets a really good "show special" price, i believe rock auto is the cheapest place at the moment, but check the shipping price first before ordering there.

Dantes. He orders the carpet direct once you place the order, so you get it "fresh",not rolled up in a box for xx months/years. I got a set from him late last year and took it out of the box right away (which was marked as being made 2 weeks earlier) and it laid out as flat as the set of ECS flat shipped carpet I had here for my other car.
