Merry Christmas everyone! Many many years ago, I think there was a member who made and sold brass bushings to replace the plastic bushings on the clutch/brake pedal mounting shaft.

Anyone know of him or another source for them? My Mope is a '69 Super Bee. Thanks!

Don't the b-body pedals use regular needle bearings and just the a-bodies use the plastic bushings?

My understanding is that hemi and 440 cars got bearings, everything else had plastic bushings. My 69 RR has bushings

All my '68-'69 B-body 4-speeds had/have plastic bushings, including the Hemi cars.

I got mine from Chris Evrard a few months ago. He still makes them.

$35 a pair?

Funny thing is ive only needed to replace one set in my whole life of owning mopars. I bought a $5 bulk bag of the plastic/nylon ones to get one set out of and the rest still set in a cabinet.

I do replace them when I have a pedal assembly out though.

We have them in Delron, I don't think there is any advantage to brass in these parts.
