D200? Power Wagon? Maybe a RC.

P.S. I know it's his truck and he can do what he wants with it, obviously. I think he ruined it.

Well at least it has the Dixie horns. That makes it all worth it.

And can we stop calling every truck with big tires a "Beast". Please. Just stop. Now. Thank You.

this my friends is what we call a 'weekend warrior truck'. what we would do in the old days is buy a $500 truck, lop the roof off, ad roll bar and pipes to have a covered top for sun shade and open air feel because a C5 jeep just wasn't big enough. Add as much JC Whitney off road equipment you can find at 4X4 accessories and take it to places for camping and river bed excursions. This would be a good builder for someone not wanting to ruin a truck themselves and still have a cheap wheeler. I've bought a few of these back in the day when we were grabbing 440, NP transfer cases, dana front/rears for parts. There was a big off road market in my area back in the 1990's and parting out rigs like this was good money.
