LOL Every time I see the car I think the same thing. Either way, it made it's way into good hands and has been maintained and upgraded well.

Doug, I have made a few changes to the car for sure. A few engine tweaks and a tad more power. New cage wheels tires shocks blah blah blah. Its about .3 faster than it was. Basically alot of "under the skin" changes. Still need to make the converter better for sure. Its WAY to tight. But now time to tear it apart and find some more and make it pretty.

Jay, no it will be apart. I cant run with the "fancy" ignition anyway I hear. Maybe one day ill try and analog box in it.

Jake car came from Michigan a few years ago. St Claire Shores to be exact. My understanding from the previous owner was that it didnt get out much and had not been in years when I picked it up.

No worries it will be painted the same color it is and will fix all the stainless etc. No crazy paint on this car. My son really wants me to paint it red like the 65 I sold. But I like the low key blue. I bought a taller scoop for it as well but that's not even going on it now. I know what I have works after fighting this thing for a couple of years.

Crappy screen capture of one of the runs. Don't panic over the oil pressure the sensor is a tad bit light for some reason. Verified with three different gauges, racepak problems....The Vacuum sensor is the same and done even ask about the g meters, they look like seismographs. It's going back to racepak now as well

Looking like next year. It should already be together but I have had some issues with the converter wanting to go in. Had a long talk with them yesterday and I think we have it figured out, so it went back yesterday. Hpope to be testing soon. Still some small stuff to finish up in the wiring, headlights etc. Get the lights in the front end, seal up the top of the firewall and then of course do some quick paint correctioin and coating on it. Then hit the track. But its close..It aint EVER gonna see 170 on the stop at least. Has enough power to get there off it I think. This thing is not exactly aero and has a HUGE frontal area. But should be fun and hopefully as fast as the Cuda.

Can you cut a light on a .400 pro tree? Our B body can go red on a .500 pro tree but is a little shy for a .400.

I was in the .030's but I am sure if I work at it I can get a bit better. That was with a 28" front tire.
