I believe they were manufactured by a company called Segal. I remember buying the filters at the local speed shops in a Segal box. Were they made specifically for them? Doubtful but  here's a link to an older post with a lot of info

There was one at the Garlits show today for $800 with a K&N element...

I suspect Norm used that air cleaner so he could put a Six Pack on a car with 2 speed wipers. That's why I would be interested.  Initially he used 3 4" breathers from Western Auto but they looked cheap (because they were) and found out the Segal air cleaners would work backwards on the Corvette carbs.
