Looks like what is known in the automotive industry as Packard 56 terminals. I do not believe these are Chrysler specific and are found on many makes and models. Correct. I buy them from Napa and they are listed as a GM terminal.

those are the good ones with stabilizers to keep them centered within the connector housings. The ones sold as most parts stores do not have those. A high quality crimper is required...I like my Astro 9477 crimpter

With the Astro 9477 I don't know if it'll tweak the stabalizers or not..I'd think it would. I've never gotten my hands on the terminals posted above and have had to use the packard's that are more common for repairs. But yes the Astro crimper will crimp the bare wire and insulation at the same time. There's a massive thread on FABO where I and several other folks have all shared our experiences restoring & rebuilding harness with as close to factory terminals as possible.

I have been using the two step packard style crimpers that several places sell. They work but are a PITA as they don't ratchet to hold the terminal. On benchwork, not so bad, under the dash or in the car work sucks more than a dyson could ever hope to LOL. The ones similar to what you have do the female terminals with no problem but they won't do the indexed males without mangling all 4 index tabs Do you have a lijnk to the post you mentioned?
