Anyone ever buy a complete system, not just headers ?

How did it fit up ?

I have an E-body with the leaf springs moved in with the offset hangers, I was looking at the 2 1/2 inch system.

I just installed their headers and a full 3" system on my 67 Belvedere and it fit so nice that I have a 2 1/2" manifolds back system on the way for my 66 Coronet.

10yrs ago I put a complete 2.5" system in my Challenger, 340, w/Dr Diff relocation kit, no issues.
Just swapped in a 5.7, bought the TTI shortie headers and head pipes, and it bolted up perfectly to the existing system.
TTI is 1 of the few vendors that you get your monies worth, quality product.

I will say, I didn't spend the $400 they wanted for tips, got some for 1/2 that.

Put a full 3" X pipe TTI on our 70 Charger, went on like a breeze.
A little maneuvering needed next to the tank, but not too bad.

Put the 2-1/2" system on my '66 Charger in 2005 or so. Went on pretty good. Some Never-Seize and a big rawhide hammer were helpful. wrench hammer

I bought and installed TTi’s 304 stainless steel complete exhaust system from manifold to tail pipes on my 69 Charger, it went on perfectly. This was 10 years ago, still looks brand new today. I’ll never have to worry about rust.

To get it in 304 stainless steel, you have to call TTi’s and order it in there slow time which is now.

I have a 3" system w/Dr Diff relocation kit, no issues but it is close on my Challenger.
Cuda's have fitment issues with offset hangers.

Total 2 1/2" TTI system including headers on my small block 73 Challenger 4 speed. Had to rework the reverse shift rod as it hit the crossover. Apparently later Challenger 4 speeds have a diiferent reverse rod than earlier models. ts been on the car since 2004. Though I've recoated the headers for cosmetic purposes, the system is in great shape. Everything else bolted up perfectly.

1 tip, make sure you read every note for the type of car, engine size, heads, transmission, X or H pipe and pipe size for the car you are putting it in...Like other have said, easy install if you get the correct system.

Would it be wise to call them and have them help you select the right system?

I bought the 3" X pipe system for my 70 Cuda /gen 2 Hemi /auto and it went on like a breeze. I had the TTI headers on already, and I used the offset DR. Diff kit to put a B-body Dana in. Several years ago I put the same system on my 69 Satelite with a 493/auto with the same results. The only cuts we had to make was on the headpipe/collector adapter to shorten the headpipes by about 3 inches.

I've done two B-bodies, one 2-1/2" and one 3". Install was about as painless as it could be.

The 3" pipes get kinda cozy with the gas tank, but that's geometry.

My only negative experience is with A body tailpipes , they aren't bent to use the stock hanger locations.

running up my post count some more .

3" H-pipe on the '71 Charger. Only had to cut a bit off the H-pipe so the tubes are a bit closer, but this is with Hooker headers and the TTI collector adaptors.
2-1/2 X-pipe on the '69 Coronet. The X-pipe to the mufflers seemed to be too long? Maybe for those running shorter mufflers? Had to cut the ends a bit shorter.
Changing the clutch in the Coronet, getting the exhaust back off was a chore. When I put it back, I welded flanges between the mufflers and tail pipes so I can drop the entire center part of the exhaust system.
Have another 2-1/2 H-pipe system for another '69 Coronet, but it is not installed yet.

My '73 Challenger has a full tti x-system from 2" RB headers thru 3" exhaust to their stainless-steel tips. I re-installed it a couple of months ago as part of putting my car back together and it was relatively straight forward (again).

1973 Barracuda 3 in went together great everything lines up,The only thing that thew me ,there were no note , that if it was a barrracuda you needed to cut the tailpipe 2 in ,of course the system would fit the Challenger perfectly.

I highly recommend the 3.0 or maybe even a 3.5 inch devil complete system over a 2.0, 2 1/4 or 2.5 inch system twocents
Been there, done that, larger is better when it comes to exhaust system with mufflers scope up twocents

Cab - TTI doesn't offer bigger than 3.0", unfortunately

I recently emailed them to see if they had the ability to make a 3.5" system(to the muffler) and they said they couldn't frown
