i have a big block oil pan with "933" stamped on the bottom, and has a baffle in it.
this [according to the white book] came on a 74 C-body.
problem is, it has been "stumped" [as we call it around here], pushing the center up about 1/2" or so, and that cracked it around the drain plug. [which is on the side]
as most around here know, i'm dumping my stash of "stuff" so someone can use it, rather than it ending up in the scrap yard.
the question is, should this pan be just scrapped, the baffle removed to be used in another pan, or ?????
i just hate to toss something if it can possibly be used, but now it's just "time to".............
if anyone can use this "as is", just give me a shout and it's yours !
beer

I've had baffles removed and had "stumped" pans fix , but these were 66-69 Hemi pan , 70 up hemi pan and a BB a body pan.

That pan is nothing special but it can be fixed , worst case is to pull the baffle before scraping it.

running up my post count some more .
