Who does Holley carb restorations now. Is Scott Smith still doing it?

I was doing them but I’ve had trouble with my plating company so I’m still out for awhile. I restored about ten sets so far with very good results. I’m hoping I can get back going again soon. I’ve got multiple sets ready to plate. The last communication I had with Scott is he was not taking work for at least a year. I bought all of Bill Overcash’s inventory and used his plater until they stopped plating. My sister passed away early this year and it’s left a big load for me to carry with my mom and our business.

Holley Custom shop is the only place I will have their carbs done. Everybody else that I have seen and judged are way to light on the plating. After all they made them.

I had Harold Demes in AZ do my six pack carbs. I think he was mainly in the GM/Corvette circle but does all carbs. Very reasonable pricing and turnaround wasn't bad. Doesn't advertise. You can find him on YouTube.

does Holleys along with other carbs. You might enjoy his take on Corvette owners.

As of Monday September 19th 2022, I will again tentatively (<---NOTE THAT TERM!) begin accepting Corvette carburetors in for servicing from NEW clients--BUT!!!--it will be under VERY stringent conditions--read this thoroughly and carefully, and be forewarned I'm not sugar coating anything here. This will be blunt, direct, and to the point, but I would advise that you read the entire thing before jumping to any conclusions:
There will be NO FORMAL WARRANTY AT ALL on ANY new client Corvette carburetor work.
Read that again.
Now read it one more time.
Here's how this is going to work;
In the event there is an issue, if you can conduct yourself in an adult manner and bring the situation to my attention without being a stereotypical "Corvette Snob"/pompous ass, chances are I will likely be able to assist you. (Thankfully, I know this will apply to the vast majority)
However, should you choose to show your ass and display an attitude and act like a stereotypical "Corvette Snob", you'll promptly be told to take a walk.

July 19th should be "Drive Like Rockford Day". R.I.P. Jimmie.
