JohnRR I Win Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 75,066 U.S.S.A.	Do you want warm/hot oil dripping all over you ? Do it cold , if it doesn't have a drain plug on the convertor take the front external cooler line off at the trans and let it drain. running up my post count some more .

They won't save a bad transmission but hey are a great help in letting you know the internal wear when you remove the pan next time. A drain plug in the pan is nice also. less mess when draining or changing fluid.
