New numbers in our dart sport with my son behind the wheel, 1st pass down the track for him off the trailer was 11.35 at 120
He made a lot of passes on that tune and had a blast. Car was on a string all day. from my dash cam
no action shots yet!!

My Son's Duster, 3020 lbs, 428" Gen 3 Hemi, BGE Heads, Fogger, 12.5:1 compression, Caltracs/Sliders on rear, 26 x 8.5 Tire, Totally stock front suspension, Full Interior, drive it around on weekends and to work occasionally, pump gas on street, C23 at the track, Runs RTRA Limited Street 235 Class, best so far 5.15 @ 132, 1.15 60ft, on an .036 jet. Had an engine mishap in February at Lights Out, just got motor back together. Goal is high 4.90's. We're about 70lbs heavy for the class as well. Only need to weigh 2950. That will be rectified this off season. 2023-09-20_06-53-24 by Stephen Rimay20210531_160429 by Stephen Rimay2023-09-20_07-16-46 by Stephen Rimay20221028_103913 by Stephen Rimay2023-09-20_07-13-49 by Stephen Rimay These are incredibly impressive and makes we want to build one even more!

the numbers are ok (being modest). My Son Cameron was really hoping for it to be a flat 11.00 or a 10.99. the drag radials did the car no favors. it spun on launch and on each gear change so that was lost et and MPH. he will get it ironed out. he has ordered slicks so when they come in I can mount and balance them then back to the track. My son is very excited as this is his first engine build. he did the head and intake work. i am very happy with it for a streetcar. but my guess is my son is going to take it right back to the track and do drag and drives (I will co-pilot). Next year drag week is the goal.
he ran 93 pump gas from Sunoco next tune is race gas tune
Car 74 dart sport full interior 8-point roll bar frame tied SS springs 8 3/4 with 4.30 gears 275 drag radial 4k stall converter 904 rvmb we guess the weight is 3200 ish maybe a little lighter (fiberglass hood) the rest is steel.
i am learning with him on all this tuning stuff.
and when i say first pass that means first pass ever on a track!!
Thank you Kiddart
