Timken seems to be one of the few companies that still takes quality control seriously. We use lots of them and I see France, Poland, Japan etc on them.

Just received a set but have not opened the box yet. I would be very surprised if eberg would sell junk just opened.....no country of origin on the bearings , races say CHINA

I would be very surprised if eberg would sell junk just opened.....no country of origin on the bearings , races say CHINA \China is very capable of producing the quality that we USED to. It all depends on the specifications they are given and PAID for. Not all of their companies are capable but many have become so. We have become way to dependent on them IMO. Can we turn the clock back? We're going to need leaders and workers that want to. Take a look at what the UAW is asking for. I'd like all that as well. But it's going to drive the cost of the product up which does what ? This is not a political commentary, just stating facts as I see them.

It's not where things are made but who's making it.

I just ordered a set from Rick for my son's '68 Dart GTS. I had a question and he got back to me VERY FAST with a complete and convincing answer.
Here's the listing for reference:

I've bought from Rick over the years for things I needed...Spent some time talking with him at Carlisle a couple years back... But...Cass is my go to when I need the parts he sells... The additional knowledge he's able to provide I can't put a price on... He's gotten me out of a couple issues that I created simply with a phone call... Just as recently as a week ago...
