Does anyone know if there still in business? If not what are the options besides Edelbrock or indy? And roller rocker arms? Thanks

Was told by Barton the owner passed on . For now what's out there for sale is all there is until someone buys Stage 5.

Highly unlikely Stage V will ever come back. If you want heads go Edelbrock. If you want roller rockers I would have to use Ray Barton. There is a little work involved but they are the prettiest. Yes, there are some roller rockers made in Canada, but I haven't tried those. Losing Stage V is a giant hit to the Hemi community. Kinda like losing Keith Black. This is depressing.

Was told by Barton that the Eddy heads were machined off center....Chambers not lining up with the bores....If you buy them, check them...

That’s very disappointing. So what’s the deal with Indy heads? Are they no good compared to edelbrock ones? Or is there stuff not as good as it once was.

Has anyone talked to Tim Banning at FHO. I bet he’s really up the creek. After the Kieth Black fiasco ( I think they finally got that straighten out ). Now this. He was a big Stage V dealer. He may not be in the market to take on another project like these heads. He may be getting ready to retire in Florida instead moving down there to work.

Mine are Mopar/Edelbrock heads and were okay to use. Nothing machined off center.

I did not know stage v was currently out. So, what do you think a brand new pair of stage v heads that flow 440@.700 with Barton rockers would be worth today? Just curious

I wouldn't think the value would change now vs when they were "active. The Heads wont function any better/worse now. Its not like others can't support repairing/rebuilding them if required. Just no new products to follow. twocents
On that note as well..it saddens me when I see these company's closing for this reason (no apparent predecessor) or someone to buy and continue the product line. In this instance there are others making a similar product with a diminishing market. Great product none the less...again my twocents

Well, i think i have about 12,000 in them. I have been having second thoughts of shoehorning this thing into my A body. Would be much easier to just build a nice large aluminum wedge and drop it in. Like i said, just curious.

Last time I talked with Tim Banning, my Junk Hemi heads that flow 450-460 are now where near the 500cfm his street Hemi stuff flows...And he said on the race heads, they are damn near 600cfm...He said every Hemi head that leaves his shop flows +500cfm...

But if you don't get the oil control right, it won't matter.

What heads are you running? Are indy head any good? I haven’t heard of many people using them, or even talking about them.

I run the Indy Canfield big valve heads, otherwise know as the Hi-Po Hemi heads....And they have been good for the price.

Windage. Engine is still on the stand. 572 Hemi, still need all the oiling system accept the pump. I would like to know what pan and windage tray works best and thought Randy might know because of his comment.

I'm getting ready to make my crankshaft scraper on my 572 with the stock Mopar rod journal size and H beam steel Scat brand 1000 HP rods due to not being able to have this crankshaft rod journals offset ground down to reduce the stroke to 4..375 whiney shruggy
I'll use a stock windage tray in the aluminum 10 quart aftermarket oil pan also up work
