I'm entered to run in the Stick Class with my 2010 Challenger SRT. Edit: I spent the evening finishing up getting the car ready, oil change and swapped on the new wheels and tires with the 17 inch drag radials. Hopefully it'll launch better with the 17 inch drag radials. I need to take it out for a test run, after that it'll be ready to load in the trailer for the trip to the Moparty.

The only controversy involves the general lee jump not happening this year. I can only guess why that is.Politics…….

Do you mean Nostalgia Super stock (NSS) or is there another class? What ya racing? I'll see ya there BTW. No, they have a new class they started last year for 74 and older cars. Footbrake only, and your dial in must be to the tenth…in other words, 6.50, 6.60,. 6.70, etc, etc Kinda like NSS but looser rules. Fun class. I have an A4 silver 69 Dart GTS, black tail stripe, black vinyl top.

I signed up for the True Street class again this year. (Raced it last year)
I'm looking forward to next weekend, General Lee Clown Car, or not! (I'm not sure why people get so wound up about General Lee Chargers........ a waste of a Charger in my opinion. )

It's not even a Charger, it is a Crown Vic with AMD sheet metal, waste of time and money if you ask me...

A couple pics of the cars that were still there after the unscheduled Sunday rain for the Stick Shift Class Eliminations. Since the class was heads up and I had the slowest car in the class by a full second I went out in the first round. Being a heads up class the only way I could possibly advance was for someone to red light or break. The one plus was that I made my quickest pass ever in the car with a 12.87 at 107.1 mph.

MoParty Stick Shift Class Rules:
• Open to Mopar powered cars only • 1/4 Mile, Heads Up, .400 Pro Tree, Pro Ladder ● Required to have a clutch assisted “H” pattern shifted transmission. Other than the transmission and clutch restrictions ● All NHRA speed/time safety rules will apply.
$1,000.00 winner
500 runner up 250. Semi’s
There were very FEW cars in that class. You car Jeff would likely be a threat to win it pretty easily.

There were only 6 cars total in eliminations, supposedly at least 3 cars had broke in time trials the two previous days. The two FWD Daytona's were supposedly running in the 9's, but since there was no dial in on the windows I don't really know what they ran. They were paired together in the first run. The red Viper was in the 10's. For some reason the white Hellcat didn't make a pass. I thought that they were paired together. Not sure what was going on there. The black Challenger R/T with a stroker motor (wouldn't tell me the size) and a 9 inch rearend was who I was paired with and I already knew what he ran from the previous day which was in the 11's. The yellow one (mine) was paired with him. Even doing my best ever run ever I wasn't catching him. I did get closer than I expected though. In the second round the Black Challenger was paired with one of the Daytona's. I didn't see who won. I had started packing up for the 6 hour drive home. When they went to the lanes on that pass the White Challenger went up and the wife was saying "why is he up there, he never made a pass in the first round?".
