All thru the 70s and 80s many of us ran N50x15 tires on 15x10 wheels on E bodies. The N 50 is about 28"tall and 12.6" at the sidewall. A 15x10 wheel with 4.5 backspace provided clearance on the inside but air shocks were mandatory to keep the rear up high and not coming down onto the outer tread of the tire. So even an N50 did not fit correctly and it is smaller in diameter than the tire you are inquiring about. 6.5" backspace is a huge no go on the wheels.

5-1/2" back space would fit +/- some for each individual car/factory tolerances. I run 315/60/15 drag radials (30") tall with no wheel well modifications.

Mine however is mini tubbed with 12" wide wheels with 6" b.s. I was just clarifying that a 30" dia tire with fit.

With the springs in the stock location they won't fit. I use a b body width axle with the front spring box moved to the frame rail and 2" staggered hangers. Wheels are 10" wide with 5" b/s. With a 10.5 x 29.5 radial slick I have 1/2" min clearance from the springs. They are also close to the wheel opening lip too. Unfortunately I don't have any decent photo's of the fitment.

While I offer no concrete proof - IIRC a 275 60 15 on a 15x8 wheel with 4.5" BS is the largest that fit properly in a STOCK wheel well application. I have a 95 Dakota project currently. I bought my tires. 29 15 15 Hoosier radials. I bought a kind of pricey tool that simulates any wheel for proper fitment and correct wheel purchase.

IF your leafs are still in stock locations, the tires will likely hit the leafs a little, a 1/4" spacer could help relieve that interference. Also, plan to flush your fender lips as however needed.... not any big deal if the car already has some mods. Those are tall tires.
