and if so, fine.
however, stating good until 8/29, [which is 5 days from now] and working for some but not for others, seems a little like a false advertising claim could be made here.

In the past it seems when I've used a code on ebay, it was emailed to me and showed up when logged in to ebay home page. Maybe the code was only sent to certain users? Who knows ..It did save me about $700 today by not working .. I do appreciate the gesture, even though...

My code was sent to my eBay massages. When you clicked it and wemt to check out it took.the money off. But only certain things. It was not shareable. Fel-Pro and other things were not car related. So was not even worth it. Depends on what category seller list in.

Well I just used it and it worked. Bought some race mufflers and a Tilton pedal kit.
