Anybody know of any NSS racing within a reasonable distance from me? I am 17 miles from Bristol Dragway.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

SNDR has a race at Brainerd Motorsports park (Chattanooga) in August.
SNDR has a race at Silver Dollar Motorsports park (Central Georgia) in October as well I think.
NMCA goes to Rockingham each year in the spring.
The London dragway event mentioned already.
Bowling Green has several each year. HRR, Moparty, NDRL in October and NMCA back next year along with all of those.
NSS Bash runs in Ohio. Not sure how far that is for you.

Brainard, London, and Rockingham are all almost 3 1/2 hours away. The others a lot further. I haven't found anything closer. Which of those three would be the best? I am already busy the next 2 months so it might have to wait until fall or spring. I used to live in N.E.Ohio and go back once or twice a year. Maybe i can coordinate one of those trips with a Norwalk or 42 event.

If you have not been to Norwalk or an NMCA event make a point of both. As for a 3 1/2 hour tow out west we would KILL for that short of a tow to a race

Before I moved here I would attend the Norwalk NHRA national event every year and the Mopar event some years. It has been decades since I actually raced at Norwalk or any where else (life and job got in the way). For years I've tossed around the idea of NSS racing but I should have done it when I was still in Ohio. Almost did when I retired but then we decided to move south.

I agree with Al. I run the whole NMCA series and have for a bunch of years. It is a great organization to race with.
I live in north east Georgia. You are correct, there is not a lot of options for NSS racing nearby. I attend all of them in hopes they all continue to give folks the chance to do this.
