uBlock Origin. Do not pay any attention to any of the other ad blockers in the app store. Just use this one and remove whatever you had before.

Unless you have programs that won't run on it, Linux operating system is the way to go. No need for additional security or blockers.

Ad Block is what I use on my PC. I don't see any ads.
You using a PC or your cell phone? I use this one with firefox, I've only seen the infolinks when I tried an unhardened browser, NEVER with adblock plus https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/Been using it for years without issue, if I was needing to change I'd probably go with the Ublock origin.

ATT Yahoo for my browser. Cab, according to A&TT, that browser is no longer supported. https://www.att.com/support/article/u-verse-high-speed-internet/KM1010161/ SWITCH IMMEDIATELY. Adblock plus is free to use, as are most of them. I believe they all accept donations if you'd like to make one. FWIW, you already have Microsoft Edge, based on chrome, fully supported and kept updated through windows update automagically.

I should have listed the entire name, Currently.com AT&T Yahoo I originally had WANS.net, which got bought by Prodigy, that got sold to someone else several years later and several other buy out. I think the last sell was to ATT/YAHOO I've started to think about switching to a different browser but I'm not sure if I can have my E mail transferred or forwarded to another browser Can I

If you switch browsers you should be able to import all your information to the new browser. If not, you can do it all manually. E-mail is nearly always a user name: your e-mail address and password. From a security standpoint, you should NEVER sign into your browser with your email credentials. Recommend you switch to a dedicated email client, the old standby is Thunderbird. If you like paying Microsoft, you can use Outlook. Check youtube for PC Security Channel, pics w/ commentary are worth boatloads of explanations. Unless you have programs that won't run on it, Linux operating system is the way to go. No need for additional security or blockers. If you're just browsing the internet and getting emails...this is the fix. I run Linux Mint on a VERY old laptop with Chrome and Adblock Plus. I see ZERO ads anywhere on the net. Linux comes with Firefox and Thunderbird for email. It also comes with Libre office to do any office type work like docs, spreadsheets etc. It is fast, secure and stable. It looks and "feels" like Windows without all the Windows silly BS. Best of all...it's free!!!
