Hello. I'm just wondering of a good programmer/scanner/reader that will allow a 45rfe/545rfe to do a hard relearn or reprogram for the Clutch Value Indexes. The other ability, I might need this tool to perform is the ability to write or rewrite VINs on a PCM is need be. Is there any good ones on Amazon for under $200 or for those who know, what is the opinion of say a used Snap On Solus Pro or Ultra? Thank you in advance.

We have some Solus Ultras at work. Nice tool but they are no longer supported so I believe the newest they can do is 2018? IIRC.

I have the latest Solus, which is still supported and is good to update "21.4". Which is what it was good to when I first bought it off the truck.
We recently got a new scanner at work a few months ago, autel I think it is I was considering one of those when I got my )latest-- I've had 3 now) Solus, but nobody stocks them local, nobody had one that I could try before I bought. They're all over the trade mags though, singing their praises. But they're Alot of $$$$$ to buy on faith and then not to like it. Not as much as my Solus cost though. But I was able to,"borrow" it from the snap on truck for a couple of weeks before I had to decide.

Our old Solus is acting up so we may need a replacement. The suspension and shocks from 4Wheelonline arrived yesterday so we will be busy till tomorrow. We'll check that Starscan.
