Green car needs interior work/detailing. Engine bay looks typical for this type of street use toy. That 340 air cleaner is a big $$$ item these days. The wiper motor needs repainted and that would be worth the effort to get the firewall looking up to speed. 408 should be fun, however it will be thirsty so that is not a plus for someone looking to log lots of miles, or just wants a mellow cruiser to drive casually.
Looks like it has Weld draglites? I find those boring personally so I'd switch to Kestones or rallye wheels maybe?
Price is way more than what stuff like this was going for a short time ago before inflation kookery took off. Modified cars are tough to sell in unpopular colors so in the past something like this would be like 10-12k and take many months to move. Today is different though as people are just grabbing at whatever pops up that isn't a rolling junk pile.

Tilt wheel in an A body? I never knew. Does it show on the fender tag? I don't see the S62 I'd have expected if it had it?

Thank you. The original looking steering wheel fooled me. I didn't know you could put one on an aftermarket column. Obviously I just skimmed the description.
