I did get a laugh out of the mufflers, and that "small spot" of rust isn't something I'd call small, but it's fixable.
Seems quite straight, really, and well-optioned, though I'm not a roof rack fan.
Sure wants interior soft trim, yet oddly the wheelhouse covers seem nice; those are impossible to find, as is the correct linoleum floor covering.
I probably should have kept my '63 Savoy wagon...

$12,100 final price on the wagon.

Still kick myself for hesitating on the red 63 Belvedere two door post car at the Valpo swap meet in 1982. Slant six, auto, 1800 asking. Decent body, reasonable paint, clean interior. Went back ten minutes later and it was already sold. That's what I get for thinking like a used car dealer.

I know what you mean. Back in the early '90's I had the opportunity to buy a '63 Belvedere 2 door post. The guy wanted $9k...it had a freshly rebuilt 440 and 727 trans. Fresh bench seat interior too. It was red with a super stock scoop on the hood, with black guts. I hesitated, and it sold quickly. whiney
