Anybody removed one? Any tricks? Anything NOT to do in order to save a limb?

I doubt they offer such a kit but you might look at how they do the Drag Paks.

When you say IRS removal, are you simply talking about removing it as an subframe assembly or are you looking for a kit to replace it with a solid axle????

Removing as an assembly. All at one time. Hopefully to go into an older vehicle.

It's a subframe assembly, sorta like a K-Frame on the old Mopars.

It has 4 main bolts that hold it in, along with brake lines, park brake cables, shocks, the driveshaft and a few wires.
Unbolt those things while supporting the body and it drops right out.
