Wirenut OP mopar W Joined: May 2016 Posts: 630 Ct	Hi All RO23 style glass hood scoop on to a 65 Belvedere. Would you put anything between the scoop an hood surface. Mounting tape or foam tape ? Bead of rtv? I’ve had this on the car before and pulled it off to repaint the hood and noticed it really left a scar on the hood . Was on there for 20 years . To the point it developed a little bubble in the clear that was beginning to fester . . I’m sure the scoop and hood pull up a bit at high speed. Thanks
