I have b1ba mc heads i think small runner but not 100% sure.

I think Vic the 340 guy has one // s/st 3040

Go to the Mancini website. Click on Chrysler Enginering Sale. Click on A body parts then W2 manifolds. There is one W5 manifold for sale.

I have one small runner W-5 M-1 (460) left. It was a bad
machined/cast manifold new so, I'm stuck with it.

I'm not sure what intake would work best with the MC head
but, I'm sure I wouldn't use any of the W-5 intakes.

Buck Hinkle ran the MC heads on his Engine Masters entry. I
think it was a 598. Maybe Brett remembers.

Any of the intakes will need a lot of modification to fit that head.

Well the 598 is for a 9.00 deck i have a R3 9.56 deck,i also noticed by looking at the W7 intake gaskets the water ports are higher in the head.
